Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Related ("we," "us," "the platform"), operated by Master Software and Advertising LLC (Reg. No. 2219750, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Related.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Related, whether as a subscriber or as a creator receiving subscriptions. By using Related, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request verification of age at any time.

3. Description of Service

Related lets creators offer a private messaging inbox that subscribers pay to access on a recurring monthly basis. Related is a communication and payment platform; we do not create, endorse, or guarantee the content of any conversation.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or misrepresent your identity, except where Related's anonymous messaging feature is used as intended (see Section 8).

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Creators set their own monthly price (from $5/mo), subscriber cap, message limits, and allowed formats, and may change these at any time. Existing subscribers keep their current terms until their next renewal.

Related charges a 10% fee per transaction, which includes payment processing. Creators receive the remaining 90%.

Payouts to creators are issued weekly to a bank account or card on file.

All payments are processed by one or more licensed third-party payment processors. Related does not store your full card details.

6. Creator Verification (KYC)

Anyone who wants to receive payouts by selling subscriptions on Related must complete identity verification (KYC) through a licensed third-party provider before receiving funds. This is required by our payment infrastructure and applicable financial regulations.

7. Acceptable Use

Related does not monitor the content of private conversations. However, you may not use Related to send, request, or facilitate content or activity that is illegal or that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors in any form
• Non-consensual intimate content (e.g., content shared without the depicted person's consent)
• Grooming or any attempt to engage with or exploit a minor
• Solicitation of commercial sexual services, or human trafficking
• Threats of violence, harassment, stalking, or doxxing
• Fraud, scams, or phishing
• Sale or facilitation of illegal goods, substances, or weapons
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism
• Impersonation of another person or infringement of their intellectual property
• Spam, automated messaging, or attempts to circumvent Related's payment system

We reserve the right to review conversations and account activity, and to take action — including without prior notice — when we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated, whether based on a user report, automated detection, or legal obligation.

8. Anonymous Messaging

Subscribers may choose to appear to a creator under their name or anonymously. This choice belongs to the subscriber and can be changed at any time. Related retains the identity and account information a subscriber provided at registration and payment regardless of their anonymity setting, for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes (see Privacy Policy).

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the messages you send. By using Related, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and, where necessary, review your messages solely to operate, secure, and moderate the platform.

10. Termination

Related may suspend or terminate your account, including without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or created risk for other users or the platform.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Related is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any level of income, subscriber engagement, or response from any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Related is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before pursuing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of Related after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
