Cancel any time from your account after logging in. You'll keep access until the current billing period ends — no extra charges after that.
Can I message anonymously?
Yes. When you subscribe, you choose whether to appear under your name or stay anonymous. That choice is yours, and you can change it any time.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner — Related never stores your card details directly.
What if a conversation doesn't feel right?
Tell us. We review reports from both subscribers and creators and take our community guidelines seriously.
What happens if a creator doesn't reply?
Creators set their own pace, but an inbox full of paying subscribers is the whole point — if replies consistently aren't happening, let us know and we'll look into it.
